This was a pitch proposition for Aston Martin Timeless.
Timeless is a certified pre-owned cars programme, yet pre-owned does not always means “used” or “cheap”, especially not when we're talking about pre-own cars worth over £150.000.
As Lead UX I worked closely with both designers and tech to come up with a chat bot time of experience that would fit the purpose of easily finding a timeless Aston Martin.
